Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the United States and offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Times

Order Cut-Off Time: Place your order by 2:00 PM PST (GMT-08:00) for same-day processing.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time: After processing, your order should arrive within 5–8 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trynitelab.com.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Need to Change Your Shipping Address?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your shipping address, you have up to 12 hours after placing your order to request an update.

After this period, we may no longer be able to modify your shipping information because your order may already be in processing.

To avoid any delivery issues, please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase and check your order confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.

Nitelab® is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs & Shipping Delays

Due to changes in international trade regulations, customs inspections may occasionally take longer than expected. As a result, international shipments may experience delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

We continuously monitor shipments and work with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Missing or Lost Package

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us within 10 days of the tracking status being marked as Delivered.

Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or process lost package claims submitted after this period.

To help prevent delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. If your delivery location is not secure, we recommend shipping to a more secure address whenever possible.
